NOTE ON CONTENT: Since this episode was recorded, the Starmer team has declared that the Green Prosperity Plan - the focus of this episode - would be postponed (before even being implemented) from £28bn per year for five years… to £28bn a year for three years, starting after the second year of a Labour government.
